Online Order Delivery Methods
We ship within Canada using primarily Purolator or Loomis. We ship to the USA using primarily United Parcel Service (UPS). Larger shipments would be shipped via LTL Trucking.
Online Order Delivery Standards
We typically ship most orders within 1 to 2 business days of order and payment receipt, with the exception of national, provincial holidays and/or if we are experiencing higher than normal demand.
Once the order leaves our warehouse, you can expect it to arrive within the following approximate time frame. Please note, for U.S. orders, customs may cause additional delays.
*Please Note: For all international orders, including orders being shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for paying all customs, duties and brokerage fees at the time of delivery. Boot-Boy cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Incorrect Item Delivered
If we deliver the wrong item to you, please call us toll-free at 1-800-661-2492 or email email@example.com and we will arrange to deliver the correct item completely at our expense.
What You Can Return/Exchange
If you purchase an item that you did not intend or that you are not satisfied with, we will gladly return or exchange it.
Please note the following limitations:
1. Item must be returned within 30 days of original date of purchase.
2. Item must be in new, unused condition in original packaging.
3. A copy of the Invoice OR Packing Slip MUST be included.
4. Items must be sent back by a traceable method such as courier, Parcel Post or Xpresspost within Canada; USPS Insured or Registered Mail, for the USA. No snail mail. If outside Canada, please DO NOT send by FedEx or UPS, as you will incur extra duty, customs and brokerage costs.
5. Customer is responsible for the original and return shipping, duty/brokerage charges on all returns and exchanges. We do not accept any returns via COD.
How to Return/Exchange an Item:
Adhering to the limitation listed above, place the items you wish to return in a box. Include a copy of the Invoice or Packing Slip. Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction or your exchange instructions. We will issue the refund in the same manner the order was paid for.

At Boot-Boy Industries Inc, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. All of our products are guaranteed against manufacturer's defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not include damage due to product misuse or abuse. Even if one year has elapsed, we offer repair services and replacement parts at very competitive prices. How to make a Warranty Claim
If you believe you have a valid warranty claim, send the defective product directly to our warehouse at the address below. Be sure to include a valid proof of purchase receipt, a detailed letter specifying the manufacturer's defect, your name, address and telephone number. Once received, the item will be examined to verify the defect. If it is covered by warranty, it will be repaired and returned. If not repairable, but covered under warranty, Boot-Boy Industries Inc. will replace it with the same model or a substitution of equal or greater value, at Boot-Boy's discretion.
